How We Manage

TF is a very unique organization wherein, it's projects are funded by the communities that the organization strives to serve. The money that TF gets is hard earned money, so the organization is always conscious regarding the service it provides to the community.

We see to it that the quality of services is maintained at all levels and the costs for the services remain as lowest as possible. We keep administrative expenses at the lowest. We carry out day-to-day functioning in a modest way. We see to it that we spend maximum amounts on programs and we also see to it that the program interventions are of standard benchmarks and quality with very high yield and the lowest cost. For example, only by implementing breastfeeding properly, the infant mortality rate in the community goes down by almost 20%. For this reason, this is always our choice of intervention- it has a very low cost with very high yield.

Management:

The HR department of TF has evolved strategies so that at no point of time we may have to face the burden of overstaffing. Whenever we appoint someone, we explain about the milieu prevalent in TF. We clearly explain the requirements, like versatility and the ability to multitask. Our clinicians know very well the importance of community health programs. They are all required to take care of the community health programs. In fact, they have been immensely contributing to improving the quality of the community health programs. Clinicians of various disciplines have been working in an integrated way so that patients and people get the benefits of various clinical therapies and moralities of treatment. In fact, TF believes that holistic healthcare is a basic human right of each patient. TF's administrative staff is well-versed in multitasking and is also thoroughly exposed to the basic tenets of health and community health programs, as well as clinics.

Purchase Department:

TF's purchase department remains vigilant in the procurement processes, the medicines are generally procured from the refuted manufacturers themselves. In fact, many of the manufacturers and suppliers have turned into wellwishers of TF and they have been providing medicines of good quality at the cheapest possible rates. These benefits are passed on to the patients.
